Work Area
We serve the greater West Seattle and White Center areas of Seattle on a daily basis. We serve customers outside these areas from Boulevard Park to Capital Hill and Bellevue for larger jobs upon request.
We use only commercial quality and environmentally friendly equipment like 4 stroke Honda lawn mowers, 4 stroke edgers and some of the newest 4 stroke hybrid weed-eaters and other power equipment. With our professional workers and equipment we will have your job done much faster than other companies who use homeowner style lawn equipment. Even if they are rates are less you may be paying more because of the extra time it takes them.
Prices
We can work at an hourly rate or by a flat up front bid price.
To have an average West Seattle yard mowed, weed-eater edged and blown clean is about $30.00.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, you are not billed until the work is done to your liking. Unlike some smaller services who operate out of the back of their truck we have a staffed office to answer any of your questions. You do not need to be home when the work is done, you will be simply be billed at a latter date.

Started by Ken Campbell and his family in 1985 with only 1 vehicle they set out to serve the growing needs of West Seattle's family's and businesses. More than 20 years later it has grown to 20 employees and a fleet of 4 mower trucks, 3 dump trucks and 4 general purpose trucks. It is still a family business with Ken's son Julian Campbell now the owner. Many employees have also been with the company 7 years or longer. He has moved from doing business out of his West Seattle house, to a small office on California AVE and finally around 1997 to a 1+ acre lot complete with 3 bay shop and multiple office and storage buildings in White Center.
In 1999 Ken also started Campbell's Auto Sales, running it from the front section of the White Center lot that that housed Ken's Yard Service, that was currently unused. If you are looking for a car you will find the same friendly service under the same ownership as Ken's Yard Service.
